The Dreaded Four-Footer…Approach a short putt by walking from behind and lining it up. Spend as much time as you would on a ten-footer. Then stroke the ball where you decide in breaks. Don’t try to steer in through the break. Use the same system (Putting), and believe in what you are doing. Concentrate on the line. Don’t peek at it. Don’t worry about distance; just stroke the ball on the line.
